So I paid £20 upfront for a ipad 2019 10.2. The deposit was taken but I’ve heard nothing from 02 regarding the order. It hasn’t appeared in my orders section and the money has been taken out of the bank? Does this mean it’s on its way and awaiting dispatch?? Thanks
