I've moved to Qatar and have no way of contacting o2. The call abroad number won't connect. There is only a virtual assistant who tells me to call the number. I need to cancel this - is there a way of speaking to an agent online? This is causing me so much stress. Please help.

@Rebecca16

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

@Rebecca16 If you cannot use the numbers provided by @pgn, download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype

You can then call the freephone numbers below:

+44800 902 0217 (Payment Management Team) or +44800 032 1402 (Customer Service)

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am UK time.

The use of Skype is blocked in Qatar so you'll need to use a European VPN service to connect using that service.
