I've just topped up pay&go £10 on my phone today. I suppose to have 250min call. But all my money has gone after a 25-min conversation. I only have £0.2 left half an hour later after I topped up. I am really angry about that. There is an urgent need of fixing this problem.

Are you sure you reached your allowance renewal date (anniversary) and what number did you actually call? Was it a normal mobile or regional number?
As this is a separate issue within the thread I have asked that it be made into a separate thread.
