I've got an issue at the moment, where in I had two accounts.
The idea was to cancel the contract which was finished and migrate the number onto my second acount (which is still in contract)
This was last October. Today my number has finally gone across and I've been promised a refund for all the money its been charging my paying two accounts - that's besides the point.
today I have the number I want on the account I want which is perfect however, I'm on a sharer tarriff. I had 12gb (I think) on my old contract and I use about 9gb each month.
I cant change my tarriff online. it's saying I'm unable to swap to anything, and If I'm only allowed to call customer services for urgent queries about cancelling etc. How on earth do I get my tarriff changed.
Any help would be amazing!

You can only make one change per month so you will probablt be able to do it yourself on your next billing cycle, but you can still call O2 for account changes.
