Hi, I reported a stolen phone on Tuesday morning (5th) and I was wondering when the replacement sim card will arrive.

with a stolen phone you cannot use the swapmysim process.
When the sim arrives you need to ring o2 and ensure they activate that sim card to your account and remove and account bars that are still in place.
