I went near my spendcap, paid my bill early, but calls, except to O2 are still barred. Looking at my account, I have 1,000 minutes left; nevertheless, I still can't make a call.
Can anyone suggest how I might be able to make a call?

Hi, you need to talk to O2 by phone, either 202 on your mobile or from a land line you can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Best time to get onto the queue seems to be around 08:15 in the morning - when you get to the on-hold music, just hang on, wait - it took 40mins for them to pick up my call off the queue the other day.
