12 month sim only contract

If I change my tariff to a 12 month sim only, can I upgrade to a phone contract after three months or am I locked into the full 12 month contract?

Yes if you have paid 3 bills in a timely fashion you should be able to upgrade after 3 months

You will need to check My O2 to see if UPGRADE is available though. Hope that helps and welcome to the forum x
