Hello is there any way of lifting my blocked phone u am paid in Monday and will pay in full however I have several voice messages which could be work that I am trying too get whilst I am been ferlowrd

Hi, you need to talk to O2 by phone, either 202 on your mobile or from a land line you can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to get onto the queue seems to be around 08:15 in the morning - when you get to the on-hold music, just hang on, wait - it took 40mins for them to pick up my call off the queue the other day.
