Hi received my bill before my SIM card thank you
How ever I’m having trouble doing the sim swap I sent the text yesterday regarding the request but was told wouldn’t be able to do it till 11/11 ???

Number porting does not happen over the weekend I'm afraid.

Yes thank you I purchased another sim on contract for my wife on Friday but still waiting for this sim swap to be done
It’s a shame because I was told should be done in a few hours but not a 4 days and still not done it’s
Seems to let the service down
