Hello there,

I have upgraded my iphone 13 promax to 15 promax since Aug 06. But until now i can't make or receive calls & text messages.

 I have spoken to 202 to numerous agents and was told that they are sending a new Sim. But it has been 2 wks. and i have not received a new Sim.

I rang 202 again and i was advised to go to an O2 store which i did today. But they can't activate it for me because i can't remember my security question.

So the advisor at the O2 store told me to ring 202 again to activate it for me. I am still waiting for them to get back to me until now.

I am losing hope that they're gonna ring me back.

Why is it so complicated to upgrade into a new phone?

Sadly, I suspect nobody will get back to you.

Normally with upgrades you can continue using your original SIM!

We can't help you here as we are all customers.

May be worth trying ths social media team, they are more clued up.
