Sim Swap

My Sim Swap I tried to initiate earlier today wasn't  done correctly I want to keep my number but,  I'm not sure I did the Swap right. Please advise on whether I did it correctly or not.  Many thanks for your help today.

A sim swap is only if you get a replacement sim card, and the only people who can help you are customer services - Guide: How to find help & contact O2
