I have been sent a new sim to swap over and the instructions state a text will be sent to me to swap it over however how do i receive this if i the new sim card is not working and i have no signal? doesn’t make sense please help

@kendall O2's sim swap procedure sometimes defies logic. If you're unable to contact O2, call into an O2 store tomorrow, if you have one nearby, and they'll do a swap for you there. Be sure to bring photo ID with you if you choose to do that.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If it's a simple sim swap then O2 will have sent you a blank sim to swap to
