Where are you trying to sign in to? You've obviously signed into the community, if you click on My O2 within 15 mins of signing in here (My O2 -Top Right Hand Side of page) you don't need to sign in again to My O2, it's open to you (On website anyway.)

Also, in addition to the ways mentioned above, the little tiny sign-in prompt at top right works best for me, if I need to get into the Download Bill section - sometimes, logging out of everything O2 (Community and Shop and Website) helps, or use an incognito or private browsing tab.
