Solved: Security deposit refund

I paid 350 pound security deposit and System was saying you will get your deposit after 3 months if you pay your bill.I ve been paid 3rd bill succesfully but i havent paid back.

You need to request the refund which will be paid when your 4th bill is generated.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
