Only if you have bought a data bolt on @Luke30

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Luke30 the networks that do rollover are mostly virtual networks like Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Mobile.

Majority of Three pay monthly customers are on unlimited data so roll over is pointless for them.

Vodafone doesn't roll over data last time I looked.

So the major networks dont roll over data.

Oh ok but I guess it would of hurt for me to send that feedback to o2 to get them to think about doing the rollover data on pay monthly. As I have been told on most I have been with that they love there giving them feedback on new service that there cutmers would love them doing on there network.

Now that the networks are offering unlimited data, the roll over option becomes redundant and the idea to make customers move up to higher data bundles to increase revenue. Remember nearly all plans now include unlimited calls and texts, so the money now comes from data use.

Also roll over data to me is a bad sign that the customer has been put onto the wrong tariff because it shows that they are under using there data, perhaps the networks should let customers downgrade tariffs if they aren't using much data.

@Luke30

A long time ago they used to do it, as they also used to roll over minutes and texts.

But the average user each month doesn't use more than 3GB per month (based on the latest available figures) so no need to really, and it's more of a gimmick to be honest.
