Hi,
I received a new handset on Friday 1st October & I called O2 the day after to request a return as I had changed my mind. I received the return packaging on the following Thursday 7th & sent it via the Post Office on the Saturday 9th.
The package is showing as received Monday 11th but I’m now being chased by billing for outstanding charges. It’s a pain to get hold of anyone at O2 & would like to know how long does it normally take for my return to process & O2 to close the account. I also paid £30 for the device so should be expecting a refund too. Thanks

It can take a few days for it to be processed and any refund due, It might be worth just reaching out to Customer Services via Social Media, just to confirm that they are processing the return, and any refund will be processed within 14 days to you.

Sorry my dates are wrong, oops.
I received it 8th, called 9th to return it. Got return package 14th & sent it back on 16th October.
