Return unwanted sim

I ordered a sim only deal for 5Gb for £9 a month before realising my current sim is 7gb for £10 so want to keep my old one, I haven’t activated the new sim but I can’t for my life find an address to send it back or a link cancel the contract. 

can anyone help? 
getting hold of chat is impossible.
