My Father needs a replacement SIM for his new phone but due to ill health is unable to attend a store.... I have Power of Attorney that needs to be registered on his account so I can deal with this matter urgently. His old phone is broken and SIM too large for the new phone so he is without a mobile which in his circumstances is a necessity ..my local store couldn't help and referred me back to you who referred me to my local store in the first place... please advise urgently

Firstly check if the old sim can be converted.
If not, you can order a new sim from customer services as long as you know the account name, number and security word.
