I am currently on rolling monthly tariff with o2 because I haven't upgraded in a while or sorted a sim only deal. I have just upgraded with o2 but the phone/contract was purchased through a third party website. I will be keeping the same number. The day my new phone comes is also the same dame my old monthly tariff direct debit comes out. Will I get a refund?

@Kirsty882

Your billing date stays the same and your next bill will be pro rata to take into account both the old and new prices.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
