Hi so it’s coming up to my third phone bill payment and I just would like to know, I’ve paid a £575 deposit for this contract which I was told would be refunded after 3 months. Do I have to call up and tell them that I want the money sent to my bank? Will it just come through itself? Can anyone help

It will be applied to your 4th bill.
Once it's on your account, you can call to have it transferred to your bank.

That's right, you have to make that third payment so another month before you get the oney refunded to you.

Hello, 

 

as long as there are no failed payments since you took out the contract it should be on your 4th pay monthly invoice if there has been a failed payment it will start again.

I have to say that must be one of the biggest deposits to have to find, I think I would have saved a little extra and then bought the phone outright with a sim only contract.

I agree @jonsie. I haven't seen a deposit that big before.
