Hi I am currently on a o2 refresh contract I need to upgrade early and I’m quite happy to pay what’s left on my contract I’m currently applying for a mortage and we wondering if o2 would do another credit check that would go on my file?

Hi @Hallea12 if you are only upgrading then they won’t do a credit check

O2 do not credit check for upgrades at all.

Oh perfect is it just standard that you have to agree to all the credit agreements then?

Yes, everyone gets a new credit agreement but you are automatically accepted if an existing customer.
