Hi peeps anyone recycled their phone and got payment to their account just want to know how it appears in account thanks

It appears as a credit in My O2. If you want it to go into your bank then you need to ring O2 Recycle and let them know. Email  info@o2recycle.co.uk, or call on 0345 505 0202

It asked you to choose how you wanted the payment when you went through the process.

The money is deposited in whichever way you chose for it to be.

If you chose a bill credit you will see it in your recent charges as a minus figure.

I was also emailed to say the payment had been sent.
