Problem viewing bills

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, having trouble viewing my bill.  From the My device page, I click on the View My Bill button, a new page opens and the following is displayed: DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.

Same thing occurs when I click on "view and print your older bills"

I would appreciate some guidance.  Thanks

Hi

If you cannot view your O2 bills via Myo2 then you will need to ring Cs to have your account checked.

It's always worth clearing your browser cache and trying a different browser (some have reported IE11 as been problematic before), but if all fails call CS on 202 and get them to check it out at their end.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
