I paid £44 this morning to have the bar removed and set up a promise to pay but the bar has not been removed

Nothing we can do here. Just to say it can take 48 hours for payments to clear the system 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
