Phone bill going up

My monthly bill seems to have jumped up a lot from the original amount i was paying. Has anyone else’s done this? Tried getting in contact but they won’t deal with it just now

Go to View Bill section in MyO2, you should be able to see what's contributing to your higher costs.

@Megan5 Your bill would have gone up as per the Terms & Conditions by the Retail Price Index. This is a once a year increase. How much was 'a lot' by your estimation?
