To whom it may concern,
I see that 02 have activated my Sim only account again? I am wanting to know why? As I am in arrears on this account already and 02 have shut the account down because the bill wasn't paid ,and all of a sudden now it back up and running again without my permission, if you look at the data on the number ***********, it hasn't been used and 02 are sending me bill for a some of £36, place stop and cancel this now, I have set up a payment plan with Lowell to clear the other outstanding bill once that settled then I'll come back to 02 ,
