Hi there,
I'm out of contract on number A.
I started a new contract and I was assigned number B
I wish to cancel contract on number A and move this number to the new contract.
I tried requesting a pac code, I used it, but it didn't work. I tried twice, and yes, I waited "days" but the number did not move.
Can you help me?

You do not need a PAC.
Just contact O2 to migrate your number.
