I was assured my account won’t have issues yet I’ve been cut off. I can’t even phone o2 and I’ve had letters threatening legal action when if you check the notes I was told

i could pay late

The system always overrides anything that O2 say to you.

Use Skype to call Payment management to be reconnected Guide: A Guide to Skype 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
