why am i getting charged for Airtime charges outside your plan , i dont know what this means or why i am getting charged for it

You pay for the phone and the airtime ie what you use.
If you are disputing the amount then you need to contact O2 on 202 or
0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

This is what is included in your allowances Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included
Anything outside of this is charged extra and will show on bill as charges outside of airtime allowances.
