Thank you. I got an email in Feb to say they were increasing my tarriff by 2.7% in line with RPI, but I didn't expect the bill to go from 22 to 44 pounds a month!!

If you are unable to see the reason for the massive price increase @TimboJet I would call O2 and ask them.
