I’m out of contact with O2 Uk but the O2 site on iPhone 11 deals is way more than others so I’ve found a deal on mobile phones direct but when I put in the pak number it won’t accept it and they are saying I’m still in contract but I’m not? Double checked I’m all paid up and out of contract can’t get hold of O2 for help so can I just buy a new contract with mobile phones direct on O2 and swap my original number over then cancel my original O2 contract without it all going ****** up!

Get the new contract then call customer service to migrate your number to the new contract. That will end the old one.

I month rolling I have not cancelled yet and have txt 85075 and it has told me I have £ 0.00 outstanding

@Specialisedmark Follow the advice of @madasaf1sh and @jonsie. You will have to call customer service once you have your new contract. Only time to realistically have a hope of getting through is 8 am.
