Hey i have -15pound on balance and i pay 15more and now i have -30 ant show overdue payment what too doo its okay or some problem ? Cus i cant use internet call or text

@Lauris If you're unable to use your phone to call, borrow a phone from someone and call customer service on 0800 032 1402. The call to that number is free from any phone.
