Hi All,
Really gutted to not be allowed to add my 25% refresh discount which i first used with my iphone 12 pro max contract. I have registered and even shows me my number to add the discount but just doesnt go through. I was told at the time of upgrading that i could apply my discount only now to be lied to. Anyone else facing the same?

Perfectly just the norm on all new flagship phones
One of the reasons I could never understand about the race to own one of those phones on release day

It is quite clear on the terms and conditions of the discounts that the iPhones are not included in discounts, they never have been and never will be.. it is usually 3 or 4 months after
Unless you can prove o2 said you can, then you are not going to be able to apply it.
This was sat on posting and then the stupid survey interrupted it....

If you were told that by a member of O2's staff, then you could consider making a complaint :-

If this was over the 'phone rather than in an O2 retail store, the call will have been recorded ; this should enable the complaints' handler to quickly confirm that you were incorrectly advised.

Not unusual to be lied to in order to get a sale.
