I can clearly see that the o2 travel inclusive zone bolt on is included on my account under the bolt on section. Next to it is the option to use the o2 travel Zone 2 at a cost of £6 per day. However in an advisor on o2 help chat is telling me that I do not have the o2 travel inclusive bolt on as I am not a volt or a plus customer.
I’m going to Mexico for 3 weeks and need to know if I am able to use data for free or if I will have to pay per day.
I’m very confused and the advisor on chat was extremely unhelpful.

If you have definitely got the Travel Inclusive showing on your account then you are covered in Mexico
You don't have to be a Volt customer because the bolt on is included in some tariffs

@JJBAlbi - Plus Plans as below:
Plus Plans are available on these Pay Monthly phone tariffs: 12GB, 30GB, 60GB, 150GB and Unlimited1.
1 Not all Unlimited tariffs are Plus Plans. Look out for the Plus Plan banner when browsing our shop.
The O2 Travel is £7/day now too - you talked to a numpty advisor, I'd posit... or you have more than one number, on different tariff(s) on your MyO2 account and advisor is looking at that...
Advice above is correct.

@JJBAlbi Travel inclusive is also available as a chosen "extra" regardless of volt or plus plans.
