Hi, I have been on SIM only with O2, having retained my number once my phone contract was completed. I've just bought a new phone and O2 contract through Mobiles Direct. WIll I retain my number automatically or do I have to do something with PAC code? Many thanks..

Thank you - I have a feeling I might need it when it comes to getting through to customer services when the phone arrives tomorrow. What with current circumstances they seem to be running a very reduced service. In a way it may have been easier getting a PAC for a network change - we shall see

They are @Cutter222 but the community customers like me and yourself, just carry on slogging out information and doing the best we can.
