Paying double for my insurance?

Hey, last year I got my phone straight through o2 instead of carphone warehouse, I recently was going through my Bills and noticed I'm still paying carphone warehouse an amount I'm guessing for insurance even though I'm paying o2 for this.

Do I need to cancel it or is this normal?

Are you paying 2 amounts for insurance? Only you can see your bank details.

If so, you could cancel one direct debit via online banking but you need to be SURE which insurance you are cancelling.

If you got your contract directly through O2 your insurance is automatically added onto your Airtime payment. If you are having a separate direct debit coming out for insurance this will be for CPWs geek squad insurance and you will need to contact them to cancel this.

As the Insurance for CPW is no longer required as @Shiskins is now with O2 direct, they could just cancel the direct debit with their bank. It's not required.

Getting through to CPW will be nigh impossible anyway.
