Hi, just want to know if others are having difficulty migrating numbers from pay as you go to pay monthly? I have just bought a new phone on a pay monthly contract 3 weeks ago but I wanted to keep my old number (which was on pay as you go). I have called customer service and requested it the moment I have received my new phone. They have disconnected my old number and until now they haven’t migrated it…and it’s been 3 weeks. Are there any other users who are having this issue, I have been calling customer service daily for an update and not getting anywhere.
