Hi,
I am constantly receiving texts and emails regarding non payment and threats.
I had to cancel this contract within the 4 week period as I have not received the SIM from O2.
I cannot pay for something I have not received.
You will be able to see this from non usage.
I would be grateful if you could terminate the contract as it hasn't even started.

This is a community of o2 customers, so we cannot see (or cancel) your account.
You normally get 14 days to change your mind, but after that you are tied in for the minimum period you agreed to.
Your best bet is to speak to the Payment Management team.
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You say you cancelled within 4 weeks but the cooling off period when you are not charged is set as 14 days from sign up
That may be where the discrepancy has occured
