No data in Crete

I’m currently in Crete and can’t use my data, calls or text despite my phone saying that I am connected to Cosmote 5G. 
Can someone help with this?

Hi @KNNGUYEN 

1. Manually search for another network
2. Step the phone down to 4G, or even 3G, and pick a different (Greek!) Network - if you latch onto a Turkish network, roaming charges will apply, so be careful.
3. Reboot the phone
4. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
5. Turn off WiFi calling, if enabled.
6. If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account O2 can be contacted via Social Media on the links just below this post.
