Solved: No Getting Some Text Messages

I am currently abroad and a text message was sent to me from my bank (Monzo) to my phone with a pin but I have not gotten it since yesterday but I received other messages. what's going on?

Hi @Anonymous If it was a shortcode then you probably wont get it. You may have to ring your bank and explain....

Unless you are using Tugo there’s no logical reason why you shouldn’t receive any text messages.
Tugo can’t handle short codes but your normal text app should.

Obviously we cannot help with issues on the bank side, but about the missing text... just to clarify as asked above, let us know if you were using TU by any chance for receiving texts? Cheers
