Only two ways to get an eSIM
Ring customer service and get them to deliver one to MyO2 for you to install from there ( assuming you can log in)
Or Call into an O2 store with photo ID
Consider changing back to plastic if you don’t want problems like this in the future)
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
