I recently upgraded my contract and device and selected to move to an eSim. The phone has arrived but it needs a QR code to activate the eSim. There's no way to generate a QR code.

My original physical sim card has since been deactivated, so now I have 2 phones but no connection.

Please help generate an eSim

Have you checked the Web Version of MyO2 to see if you can install it from there.

QR codes are rarely used by O2.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
