Hi, for the last year I’ve been having trouble not having any signal in my area. I have WiFi but have no signal to make any calls or texts. Spoken to O2 and they’ve told me that my area is busy… the website states it’s busy with data and they’re working to fix this, o2 are fobbing me off but will not allow me to cancel without hefty charges!
