My sim isn’t working, it won’t let me call out, use the internet or even text please help

Have you paid your bill?

Check in your MyO2.

If not, You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

Alternatively, it could be a sim or phone fault Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? 

Any O2 store will give you a new sim if you go in with some ID.

I paid my bill it was letting me call out and text, but internet wasn’t working so 02 told me to reset settings and once I did that nothing worked
