Move to SIM only deal.

Dear O2,

With my contract due to expire soon I am looking to switch to a sim only deal and I have found a deal in the online shop which I’d like to opt for. The upgrade page presents me with ‘£0 left to pay on your existing contract. Upgrade to O2 Refresh today and we’ll pay off the rest of your existing contract for you. Otherwise you’ll finish paying it off through your monthly payments, on 4 June 2020‘ but I can’t figure out how to apply the sim only deal to my contract if that is even possible for me at all at this moment.

Any guidance would be gratefully received.

If you wanted to upgrade to a sim only deal you would have to wait for the contract term to expire. The early upgrade option is only available if you upgrade to a Refresh contract (Device and airtime plan).
