I have the £10 per month insurance from when I signed up to my pay monthly contract, I no longer want to pay this but can't cancel it on the website. Navigating to manage my bolt ons only allows me to add new ones, not remove existing ones. Does anyone know how to cancel this insurance. Hopefully I won't have to spend an evening holding on a call to O2 to do this!

You will need to give customer services a call.
Quick tip: pressing 0 on the IVR skips you to the first available advisor, even if they are not able to deal directly with your issue from previous experience with other call centres, an internal transfer would get you through quicker.
