Solved: Leaving O2 Contract without keeping my number

Hello All,

I would like to close my contract without keeping my number.

I moved abroad some months ago and i don't want to use anymore my UK number.

What should I do?

I had a look into the community and looks like I have to send a post letter. That sounds really weird.

You can call them too but a letter gives you some form of traceability if required when sent via recorded delivery.

Hello, i want to leave my O2 contract, what i have to do? Now im in another country, so i can’t to come in O2 shop. Probably can i close contract online?
