You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I can not download Skype and I don’t understand why I can not call that number. Shouldn’t that number not be barred?

If your phone has been barred for late payment, your best bet is to contact O2 via social media. Or even live chat (which can be found if you browse the shop). Nothing will happen over the weekend though.

@Skippership666 This is a customer community. No one will call you. It can take 48 hours or more for funds to clear O2's accounts and nothing will happen on the weekend. Ways to contact the Payment Management Team or O2 via social media are in the posts above.
