I have switched from O2 to a different network and got 2 bills, one for 0£ and one for the usual amount I used to pay monthly. My impression was that I am paying in advance, so I don't understand why. Anyways besides the point. My question is, where/how can I access these bills? It does not work via My O2. Thanks

You should still be able to login online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
If not, you need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
