I just placed an order for the iphone 13 128gb model but issue I have is I cannot see it my o2 page I have the email and confirmations that I paid a £330 deposit because of bad credit history. But nothing showing on my dashboard but do have confirmation emails? Do these take more time to appear on dashboard

What it ended up being was that I ordered it off a old stale account didnt think I used my email address before but aprenlty i had to reset.
They said it should copy to the dashboard as soon as its posted out how are they these days on timelines
